She is an organizational psychologist, college professor, and executive coach with an extensive career in human resources executive leadership and talent development. Her work centers on helping individuals and organizations strengthen their capacity for effective leadership, personal growth, and long-term success.
With a background that spans higher education, corporate HR, non-profits and executive advisory roles, Erica brings a deep understanding of how people learn, lead, and thrive. Erica's expertise includes creating global leadership development and mentoring programs, organizational behavior, personal development, performance strategy, and career readiness & alignment — all of which form the foundation of Elevate Fort Bend’s mission.
